MEMBERSHIP DETAILS - 2011

Welcome to the new tennis year 2012, this will be an exciting time for our club following the decision at the EGM to proceed with the development of two new covered courts at Old Coach Road. This will increase playing time and allow us to enhance our club programme. Please note that for the next few years a levy has been added to all members’ subscription fees. If for any reason the building work does not go ahead the levy will be returned.

Subscription fees & levy for 2012 are now due and should be paid before 1st March.

The Committee would like to draw a number of other matters to your attention:

All children (under 18) must complete on an annual basis a Youth Information form and a Child Protection form and these should be returned with your fees before membership status is completed. They can be obtained from the wall rack in the Club House kitchen or downloaded from the club website.
On receipt of your subscription fees, you will be sent the club brochure, details of up coming events, etc and a shoe tag, which we ask you to attach to your track shoes when using the club facilities, thus proving your membership status.
Please note that membership of Downshire Tennis Clubs runs from 1st January 2012 until 31st December 2012 only.
The Club is offering 10 Life Memberships at £2,000 each.
Tennis Ireland has requested that members please add their DOB on the subscription form, for their new data base (obviously this is not compulsory).

* To qualify for senior citizen rates a person must be an existing senior member or have been a member of the club for 15 years prior to reaching their 60th birthday.

Payments not received by 1 Mar 2012 maybe subject to a £20 Surcharge.
Payments not received by 15 June 2011 will assume that Membership has terminated.
If you require a receipt please enclose a Stamped Addressed Envelope.

HOW TO PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES

Choose the payment plan that suits you either:

Annually in full or
One years’ subscription by standing order with monthly payments

Membership fees are now due, copies of the 2012 membership form have been included with your Club Circular or downloaded from below. This year's fees are detailed above. Your completed membership form and subscription should be returned to the MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY, MRS LYNN BUNTING, 30 Downshire Park, Hillsborough, BT26 6HB.

If you are paying by Standing Order please remember to send the mandate to your own bank in good time prior to the first payment date. To calculate your monthly payment devide your total payment by 10 and place that amount in the Amount in Section A of the Bank Mandate Form. On the Mandate Form you should complete all sections which are highlighted in grey. Final remember after you have sent your Mandate Form to your own bank please completed the Membership Form to Lynn at the address above.
